The GCW Tour, Spain & Morocco: The Eagle, er, Raven, er, Sparrow Has Landed

We have arrived in Barcelona. SIL2 works for a company that has offices worldwide, and the Barcelona maintains an apartment for visiting employees and customers to use. SIL2 was able to get us use of the condo for two weeks, and it's pretty amazing. It's in the Gothic neighborhood, a couple of blocks from the Ramblas and the Barcelona Cathedral. You really couldn't ask for a better location, and it's a pretty nice place two. (Dave provides a tour below.)

We managed to get situated at about 1:00, then went out to get some lunch and check out the neighborhood. Following that, despite our best intentions to battle off jetlag and stay awake until bedtime, the Spanish siesta took over and we slept away the afternoon.

Then, like good Europeans, we went out to dinner at 10:00 pm. More on that in a bit. In any case, here's our digs in Barcelona, as brought to you by Dave...
