I must pause here to mention Seville's streets in the old town which aren't so much streets as gaps between buildings. It was literally two steps from the front door of the hotel to the first table of the bar we ate at. And relatively speaking, ours is a pretty wide street.
...from our hotel. I heard a lot about Barcelonan food before leaving on this trip, but based on a sample of one the Sevillian food is better. Everything we had was amazing. It's going to be hard to not spend the next three days continually eating across the street.
Here's the rundown on what we had...
My Kind of Salad -- i.e., Meat Salad |
Garlic Shrimp |
Asparagus & Artichokes |
Best Mojito in Spain (and I tried quite a few of them) |
Not Too Shabby a Cheesecake |
