This is my blog about my cancer ("my cancer," like it's a pet or a hobby). I'm starting it because I'm fairly lazy and repeating the same stories over and over as friends and family ask about the latest development seems really inefficient. This also gives everyone access to the same source material, thus minimizing the "telephone" problem. We'll see if it works and how long I bother to keep it up...

The GCW Tour, A Few Bits of the UK and Ireland: Wet Rocks at the Top of a Large Hill
After Stratford we were headed to Chester, but we decided to stop at another pile of rocks: Beeston Castle. This one had the added feature (bug?) of being at the top of a fairly large hill. The hill, combined with the rain, combined with the state of the castle, combined with my current state, and in light of the downstream implications of the choice to stop, made this one of our more questionable choices.
