Some Things Just Have to Be Shared

Yesterday I was talking to a friend at work about cats. After giving her the rundown on Kevin, she asked if I'd ever seen Simon's Cat. I hadn't, so we watched a couple on YouTube. 

And then I came home, and instead of preparing for Costa Rica, watched nearly all of these short cartoons. I'm not sure when Simon managed to see Kevin in action, but his cartoons certainly resonate. 

These four were my favorites (but you should watch them all)...

Of course, the irony is that Kevin noticed the soundtrack so spent the forty-five minutes or so I was watching them trying to figure out where the sounds were coming from -- and then spent the entire night being completely spastic. I woke up to find my rugs and a blanket in disarray, and two of my coasters mostly shredded. 

So if you have a cat, you may want to keep the sound down or use headphones.
