This is interesting. We've made it to tonight's hotel somewhere near the vicinity of Bao Lac, and so still close to China. We're still messing with the computer, so still no photos but maybe Dave and the Fairy Bosom will still be forthcoming, but I did find one odd thing on the iPad: it seems to be possible for me to post to my blog (this will either prove or disprove that theory), but it's not possible for me to read my blog. Neither typing in the URL or clicking the embedded view buttons get the pages to load.
Since I can get most any other page to load, I'm guessing blogspot is on some government's naughty list. My first experience with official censorship, and it's rather annoying.
