The GCW Tour, the Frozen Cruise: Dave and Death at the Ny Carlsberg Glyptoteket

The NCG is an art museum that was the result of one of the Carlsberg beer heir's art collection outgrowing his apartment. It mostly contains statues, with a small collection of "French masters," and what seems to be a pretty active special exhibit calendar.

Most important, special exhibits aside, they don't have enough guards to prevent Dave from, uh, interacting with the art. (It later occurred to me this probably should be done with Dave or the EYO, but not both, as this sort of defines "bad influence.")

The special collections currently on display were a broad sample of Gauguins, though only one or two that stuck me as being of his more important works, and some archaeological relics dug from a city near Rome. It was actually sort of interesting to see how an art museum, rather than a history museum, dealt with them. They did a nice job.
