The GCW Tour, Sydney & New Zealand: "Free Wi-Fi"?

So here's a question: If you were staying at a hotel that had, say, eight rooms and a wi-fi system that would a) only allow one person to log onto the network at a time, and b) would throw the person currently logged on off the network when someone new tried to log on, would you think that would qualify as "free wi-fi"? 

In any case, we've left that place behind so I can start posting updates again.
